Nicolas co-founded Spinecap in 2017. He is CEO and responsible for Investments and portfolio management.

From 2008 to 2016 he worked at Oaktree Capital Management, and experienced various board and interim management positions. From 2005 to 2007 he was an M&A Analyst at Lehman Brothers.

Nicolas received his M.Sc. in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics, his M.Sc. in Operations research from Columbia University, and his M.Eng from Ecole Centrale de Lyon.

Matthieu co-founded Spinecap in 2017. He is responsible for Trading, Risk management, and Technology.

From 2008 to 2017 he worked at Capital Fund Management as Head of Risk management. From 2007 to 2008 he worked in proprietary trading at J.P. Morgan. From 2002 to 2007, he co-founded and managed Koalog, a software company. From 1998 to 2001, he was software Architect at Trilogy.

Matthieu received his M.Sc. in Finance from Princeton University, his M. Eng from Telecom ParisTech, and his M.Sc. in applied Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique.

Miha co-founded Spinecap in 2017. She is responsible for Operations, Compliance, Finance and Administration.

From 2008 to 2017 she worked in Capital Fund Management operations team, as Head of Valuation and Head of Investor services. From 2006 to 2008, she was a credit Analyst at Natixis.

Miha received her M.Sc. in Finance from Sorbonne university.

Rémi is a Partner, and Investment Analyst at Spinecap.
He is fully dedicated to the analysis, due diligence, and monitoring of Investments.

From 2016 to 2018 he was an Analyst at Rothschild & Co. in M&A and Corporate Finance. From 2015 to 2016, he worked at Oaktree Capital Management with Nicolas.

Rémi received his M.Sc. in Finance from Dauphine University, and was an exchange student at Washington University in St. Louis.

Vardan is an Investment Analyst at Spinecap.
He is fully dedicated to the analysis, due diligence, and monitoring of Investments.

From 2017 to 2020 Vardan was an Investment Analyst at Amber Capital. From 2016 to 2017, he was an intern at Olma Capital Management.

Vardan received his M.Sc in Finance from the London School of Economics.

Alexandre is responsible for Operations, Finance, and Administration.
He has also contributed to the creation and improvement of the data processing systems used by Spinecap in its operational and investment processes.

He joined after an apprenticeship with Spinecap and has been previously an intern at Kepler Cheuvreux.

Alexandre received his Master in Data Science from Ecole Polytechnique and his M. Eng from Télécom Sud Paris.

Andrei is an Investment Analyst at Spinecap.
He joined Spinecap after an internship and is fully dedicated to the analysis, due diligence, and monitoring of Investments.

Andrei was previously intern in the finance department of Sanofi.

Andrei received his Master in Management from Essec Business School, and a double Bachelor degree in Economics and International Business from Grenoble University and Saint Petersburg University.

Duong is an Operations Analyst at Spinecap.

She held from 2016 to 2021 various accounting & finance executive roles in Vietnam.

Duong received her M.Sc in International Management from Audencia Business School. She has a B.Sc in Accounting from Academy of Finance in Vietnam.

Hugo is an Investment Analyst at Spinecap.
He is fully dedicated to the analysis, due diligence, and monitoring of Investments.

From 2021 to 2022, he was a Private Equity Analyst at Bridgepoint. From 2022 to 2023, he was CFO and Chief of Staff at Day One startup.

Hugo received his Master's degree in Management from EM Lyon business school.
