We are an independent company. We foster diversity of origins, gender, and opinions. Transparency is key in all our interactions, with team members, portfolio companies and clients.

Our fund Directors Anne Canel and Olivia Tournier-Demal provide their expertise and independent oversight in the best interest of our clients.

Anne is CEO of Sherpas, an administrators’ network, and CEO of Oger Investissements SAS family office. She is also administrator of ING Luxembourg and was from 2014 to 2021 administrator of the HLD Group. Since 2011 she has been running ACCM, her own financial consultancy. From 2008 to 2011 she was CFO and Director of Groupe Vanksen, a digital communication agency company. From 2005 to 2007 she was CFO of Fondation de France. From 2002 to 2005 she was a Manager at KPMG.

Anne received a B.Sc. in Economics and Finance from Strasbourg Institute of Political Studies and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Paris Institute of Political Studies. Anne Canel has been a Chartered Accountant since 2006 and is a member of Directors’ organisations Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (“ILA”) and Institut Français des Administrateurs (“IFA”).

Olivia is the Head of Office and Conducting Officer in charge of portfolio management, marketing and corporate & governance services for MJ Hudson Fund Management Solutions. She is also an independent financial advisor and has been structuring, establishing and developing fund businesses in Luxembourg for more than 12 years. From 2010 to 2016 Olivia was Legal Distribution Compliance Officer and Head of Legal at Lombard Odier Funds’ Luxembourg office. From 2005 to 2010 she was a lawyer at Loyens & Loeff. From 2004 to 2005 she was a lawyer at Arendt & Medernach. From 1999 to 2004 she was a Manager at PwC tax advisory unit in Paris.

Olivia received a M.Sc. in Business and Tax Law from Panthéon-Assas University and a M.Sc. in Business Law from Sorbonne University. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998 and to the Luxembourg Bar in 2007. Olivia Tournier-Demal is a member of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (“ALFI”) and of the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (“ILA”).
