We believe active engagement is key to sustainable investing.

Our perspective on ESG.

Act responsibly, protect value, benefit society.

ESG considerations are integrated into our investment process to protect against unacceptable long-term risks.

We require companies to disclose relevant sustainability metrics publicly and improve them overtime.

Our engagement actions.

Nurture constructiveness, manage risks, crystalize value.

We actively engage on strategic, financial and ESG topics through informal discussions and formal recommendations to governance entities of our portfolio companies.

We vote at all shareholders meetings, we are a signatory of the PRI, and we support the CDP initiative.
